Low-cost carrier, Allegiant Air, is considering launching a paid loyalty program. The Las Vegas based airline offers direct flights from small cities to tourist destinations, including Las Vegas and Florida. The airline is actively looking for ways to increase it’s revenue through ancillary sales and sees a paid loyalty program as another source of revenue. The loyalty program is in the early stages of development and there is no date set for its launch.
