It hasn’t been long since we were sweltering in the summer heat, but it’ll cool down soon enough. That’s why it’s good to know that American AAdvantage has significantly reduced award travel to Cancun and the Caribbean.

AAdvantage members can save 10,000 miles on MileSAAver awards for travel between Cancun and the continental U.S., Canada and the Caribbean until Dec. 13.

In more of an island mood? Through the same period of time, MileSAAver awards from the U.S., Canada and Mexico to the Caribbean have been dropped to 25,000 miles.
