Hospitality Marketing Concepts, a provider of travel industry membership and database management programs, has reached a new agreement with Great Hotels Organisation for HMC’s newest offering, Global Hotel Rewards.
Global Hotel Rewards is a point-based frequent guest program that will bring together 4 and 5-star hotels of different brands and independent properties around the world under one global program. Participating hotels will have access to a competitive frequent guest program.
Global Hotel Rewards is a cost-free program to members.
Points are awarded based on eligible dollar spent, and room nights accumulated qualify the member towards higher tier status. Membership provides access to discounted room rates, priority reservation access, and benefits such as room upgrades, and complimentary amenities.
Members can join, track points, manage profile and account information, and redeem points completely online.
Global Hotel Rewards is competitively priced and can also be dual-branded to promote the hotel’s own identity. Great Hotels Rewards is the branded rewards program for Great Hotels Organisation, under HMC’s Global Hotel Rewards umbrella.
HMC is currently in discussions with additional hotel partners that may qualify to become founding members of the Global Hotel Rewards program. Both Global Hotel Rewards and Great Hotels Rewards are expected to launch their operation and membership drive in early summer.
