Organizers of the Port Townsend (Wash.) Film Festival are requesting donations of frequent flyer miles to help lure filmmakers to the Sept. 24-26 event.

The festival operates on a limited budget, thus the request for donations.

A mix of domestic and international films are scheduled to be featured, with movie-makers hailing from Washington, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas, as well as Bhutan and China.
