What’s the difference between InterContinental Hotels Group Priority Club Rewards and Inter-Continental Hotel’s Six Continents Club? Not as much as you might think. In a move to resolve confusion of branding, the IHG has decided to rename the award-winning Six Continent’s Club as InterContinental Ambassador and position it more as a recognition-only loyalty program connected to Priority Club. This will certainly help members of both programs by combining membership cards and more importantly, making it easy to know which bonuses you are eligible for with each stay. While members of IC Ambassador will continue to pay fees to join the program, their benefits will be clearly enhanced. Members will also continue to enjoy two of our favorite bonuses: a free weekend night stay certificate when joining or renewing your membership and one free pay-per-view movie per stay. Both benefits speak volumes.
