Northwest WorldPerks members can now bid miles for online auctions at www.auctions.nwa.com. Items will include luxury vacation packages, sporting events, merchandise, unique experiences and more. You simply log in, check your WorldPerks balance listed on the screen, bid and (maybe) win. When you win an item, the miles are automatically deducted from your account. Shipping and sales tax charges are included, so there are no hidden fees or service charges.

Bidders can create a watch list of items you’re not yet ready to bid on, but want to monitor closely, so you can bid on them when you’re ready. When we visited the site, there weren’t a lot of items up for bid but items will change on a regular basis so it pays to check back often.
