The Aloha Web site, http://www.alohaair.com, has undergone a remarkable upgrade, perhaps timed with the recent redesign of the AlohaPass program itself.

For years, the carrier’s site has been primitive at best, with little in the way of either aesthetics or functionality. That appears to be changing.

The overall appearance of the site has been modified, the end result being an imminently more readable and navigable format. Online reservations are available, and return customers can view a comprehensive archive of all their previous booking activities.

In a particularly notable improvement, online enrollment has finally been made available — previously, membership applications had to be mailed in.

There is still no online award redemption, but the commitment to technological improvement is at least promising.
