Your Chance to Ride in the Cockpit of an Airbus A320 Airplane During Takeoff or Landing

Airbus A321 cockpit

Imagine actually looking forward out of the window of an airplane used for commercial flights and actually seeing what is ahead instead of looking out of the side like most people do. Imagine witnessing the ground either fading away during takeoff or coming closer during landing. Imagine hearing the communications in which the pilots are engaged with air traffic control personnel as the wheels “grease” the runway upon landing.

Well, you may not have to solely imagine any of those scenarios much longer.

If you have ever wanted to ride in the cockpit of an Airbus A320 aircraft during take off or landing, this could be your golden opportunity — if you successfully become one of the highest bidders in this discussion and you also happen to be attending what is known as the Star MegaDO 7 event this month.

“Charity is a major part of the SMD and over the years we’ve raised over 300K USD to various great causes”, according to Tommy Danielsen — also known as InsideFlyer member tommy777 — who is part of the organization team of Star MegaDO 7 and notes that “the charity this year will be presented by Swiss and Aegean at our reception in Zurich.”
