Through July 17, 2014, Avianca will double the miles when you transfer 1,000 or more LifeMiles to a friend or relative’s LifeMiles account.

To qualify for the promotion members must transfer a minimum of 1,000 miles. For every 1,000 miles transferred, double the amount of miles (2,000 miles) will be deposited in the recipient’s LifeMiles account. Members may transfer miles in multiples of 1,000 for a cost of $17.70 per 1,000 miles. The maximum amount of miles that may be transferred is 75,000 miles (150,000 miles deposited with the promotion).

The miles transferred and earned with this promotion do not apply toward elite status.
