Omni’s website is simple with a clean, uncomplicated layout and a Loyalty tab featuring everything you need to know about the Select Guest program. The home page of the Loyalty tab features a brief description of the benefits of membership with a prominent link to enroll in the program. A menu bar on the left of the home page provides links detailing the main aspects of the Select Guest program including member benefits, global benefits, global privileges, how to earn free nights, a description of Omni’s Stay Well amenities, special offers for members, an online enrollment form, account access, contact information and program FAQs. Program terms and conditions, a membership brochure for download, blackout dates for award stays and an additional link to program FAQs are clearly displayed in the middle of the home page.

The online enrollment form is somewhat extensive, allowing you to customize your profile with your room (high floor, low floor, corner room, extra towels, white noise machine, sleep kit?), pillow (foam, feather, buckwheat or swedish memory foam?) and newspaper preferences. You can update or revise your profile at any time or add additional information such as off-site fitness class preferences or special needs requirements like wheelchair accessibility, allergy information or to include a personal request message. After enrolling in the Select Guest program, a personal account summary page is displayed as the home page each time you log in. The summary includes current reservations, past stays, any accumulated membership benefits such as free nights, nights needed for next membership level or award night certificate and helpful account resources like the ability to add missing stays or add a credit card for instant check-in.

The right side of your account summary home page features a search button allowing you to search for and book your next stay. Basic account information, including your membership card and phone numbers for reservations and customer service are also displayed on the right of the home page. Social media links, a link to Omni’s blog and a button to download Omni’s mobile app can be found at the bottom of the home page.

Once an award night certificate is earned, it will post to your account profile and you will be able to make an award night reservation online to redeem your certificate. To redeem your free night certificate you must log-in to your account, click on Free Night Certificates on your My Account page, click Redeem and then follow along with the booking process for your reservation. The booking process will also allow you to add additional award nights if you have more than one free night certificate or add additional paid nights if you would like to extend your stay. If your plans change, you can log in to your account, click on your award reservation and easily cancel your reservation.
