Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts have launched an updated website promising inspiring photography, faster reservations and greater social media connectivity along with a better online experience for Golden Circle members. You can see the new site at Each property page displays inspiring photos and a “Your Shangri-La Story” section to entice members to visit. A new booking engine is in place with fewer steps and pages to complete a booking.

Shangri-La also offers mobile versions of the site for iPhone, Android and Blackberry users and a mobile application for iPhone and iPad users allows travelers to find a Shangri-La hotel, book their stay and access the latest offers. And Golden Circle members can manage their accounts.

The new site integrates with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Weibo, Kaixin and Youku. Gold Circle members can now manage points and make redemption bookings, see future reservations, make online requests, check the status of the requests and submit queries regarding earning and redeeming points and benefits.
