US Airways Dividend Miles members can look forward to a few new options on the US Airways Web site. Beginning in 2011, Dividend Miles members will be able to book award tickets on some partner airlines online, so you won’t need to call the service center and pay the call fee when making award flight reservations on some (but not all) partners. The booking for domestic U.S./Canada awards is $30 and it’s $40 for all other regions. These fees do not apply to Chairman’s Preferred members.

Also next year, US Airways will be adding hotel and car rental booking to its Web site so you will be be able to book your entire trip in one transaction. Mobile boarding passes are being introduced in a few hub cities. If your departure city is participating, you will be given the option to have your boarding pass sent electronically to your smartphone when you check in online.
