Guests of InterContinental hotels can now have e-receipts from their stays delivered directly into their Concur expense reports. Concur is a provider of on-demand Employee Spend Management services where clients have access to thousands of IHG properties enabling employees to book reservations and participate in loyalty programs within Concur’s online travel booking services. The SmartExpense transaction e-receipts require no additional human intervention and are ready for reimbursement, so the need for employees to edit, or companies to audit, the expense report is virtually eliminated.
