Hyatt guests can spend less time waiting in line at the hotel reservation desk when they take advantage of a new online check-in and check-out program. The new Web-In and Web-Out option is available to hotels guests at more than 100 of Hyatt’s North American properties. Guests can check-in online at the Hyatt.com Web site anytime after 1pm on your arrival date and pick up your room key at a special hotel lobby kiosk when you arrive at the hotel. And if you sign up for online check-out, your final bill will be sent via email with a link to complete payment online. While Web-Out is a new feature, Web-In was previously offered exclusively to Gold Passport members.
