Hotelchatter.com, a travel Web site that includes hotel reviews from around the world, recently published an article on the best and worst hotels for Wi-Fi service. Omni Hotels was listed on the “best” list for providing free access to Select Guest members and offering free wireless in the lobby. Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, Courtyard and SpringHill Suites also made the list for providing reliable free wireless network to guests. W Hotels was mentioned for offering free Wi-Fi lobby access and Best Western, Wingate Inn, Days Inn and Hampton Inn were also mentioned for their free service. Inconsistent service and high access fees landed InterContinental and Marriott flagship hotels on the “worst” list.
