There are three Star Alliance lounges at YYZ
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (Domestic), 2nd floor, international pier
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (Transborder), 2nd floor, immediately after security
- Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (International)
All three Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges
(MLLs) provide access to Star Alliance Gold passengers, including Air Canada Elite and Super Elite members; Maple Leaf Lounge club members; and to holders of valid Maple Leaf Lounge guest passes.
lounge is open 05:30-00:00 each day; the Transborder
lounge (for flights to USA) is open 05:00-21:00 (located on the fourth floor with access from the elevator connecting the main concourse to the security plaza) and the International
lounge 05:30-23:30 (located where you descend down to the main concourse from the walkway above the Transborder area).
The lounges provide free Wi-Fi access to Air Canada Elite and Super Elite members and to passengers traveling in (paid) first or business class. Note, however, that the airport's free-of-charge Wi-Fi network is also available at the MLL.
The lounges provide a fairly good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at an open bar, notably including Guinness on tap and espresso machines. The bar is closed in the mornings until 11:000.
The lounges offer continental breakfast with cold cereals, granola, yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee and espresso. At lunch and dinner there is a choice of salad bar, chick pea salad and one or two different soups. At dinner the International lounge also adds a pasta dish. There is also a selection of light snacks throughout the day including chips, pretzels, and cookies.
Each of the lounges has large windows, making them bright and airy, but due to the International lounge's location, the windows do not actually provide a view of the tarmac. All three lounges have a variety of different types of seating available, including business centers with PCs. Each one also has washrooms and showers.
