Is United’s Twitter Feed now just Disinformation and Propaganda? Are they hiding customer criticism
When did United stop allowing customers to publicly comment about them on their Twitter Feed? Are they using private messaging?

The story suggests that to hide details abiut their turdy product they are trying to divert details and comments out of the public realm. You can’t simultaneously purposefully destroy your offering and claim to care about customers. This is an attempt to stifle them. Which is remarkable because no matter how much they suck-there’s only 4 of them and that is at the core of all they do and plan.
I have to say I've been treated very well via private message with Comcast for the past three years. November 2015 I tweeted them asked if very low speed plan had been increased from 6/1 to 10/1 they moved me to DM and offered me some high speed package for less than the slow plan at $49. For two more years I DM and asked them to move me back to that $49 slow plan as the year ran out and they spiked me up to the real rate. Each time they offered some version of the 250 Blast plan for a price point under $50. This year its $49 but still comes with no tax like the slow plan so I'm happy...

As long as the airlcartel exists, there will be no worse industry. Even cable leaves them in the basement. You can’t construct a deliberately awful product and mouth words about customer service. Which is the reason for the social media coverup-claims about caring about customers are absurd on their face when you create something like Basic Economy.
