I'm looking for 2 seats in business or first class from ZRH or GVA to CPT. We want to start our trip at the beginning of december 2014(8th december) until the end of this month(~duration 3 weeks).

We have both 125'000 miles with US Airways Dividend Miles.

With oneworld we have the choice to flight with Qatar or British right? I checked the availability on the Qantas website but I'm not able to find free seats in business or first. Is that right? Or can you please tell me where I will be able to find free seats.
    Thank's for your help!

I would try avoiding British Airways due to their exorbitant fuel surcharges if possible on the long haul segments.

Going to Cape Town you'd have a choice of Qatar, Iberia, or British Airways.

    Thank's for your answer!
What is the easiest way to find available seats for this trip? KVS will be a solution? I searched on awardnexus but I was not able to find free seats.

Iberia haven't flown to SA for some time. QR or BA.

Maybe four or five years ago? Right after they got eaten by BA/IAG.

I used to fly MAD-JNB or v.v. every time I did an RTW ex-South Africa as it saved $$$ on BA fuel fines, IB's J-class product is very nice, plus I really like Barajas airport over Hounslow. No such luck nowadays.

I could have swore I saw an Iberia aircraft at JNB when I first went in July of 2011.

There goes another option to South Africa on OneWorld.

It might be that recent, not sure. And yes, Africa remains a real challenge for Oneworld. One keeps hearing talk about a possible AA service on MIA-JNB or JFK-JNB, but so far it's just talk.

If you have any Avios, remember you can travel JNB-CPT as a Reward Flight Saver quite cheaply, so that would open up JNB as a destination (but you are already going to be connecting somewhere due to the GVA/ZRH start, so this would just add another connection which might not appeal.
