Wouldn't be good Gogo adds more free website?

    Wishful thinking... if they give you free access to stuff like that, there would be little incentive for you to purchase the service.

    Right now they give you access to a basic flight tracker and the site for the airline you're flying, which is just barely enough to help you if something happens mid-flight. If you want access to social media or entertainment they will surely say you should be paying for it.

    Will never happen unless the listed companies who owns the website pays Gogo. I think they should continue to make gogoinflight.com and the airline you are currently flying on's website free.

    As for Facebook or Twitter, it is a clever move on Gogo's part to offer promotions that gives you free access to those social channels. Why? When in the air, people will tweet that they are tweeting from 35K feet, or post status updates that they are currently in the air enroute to destination XXX. In most cases, word-of-mouth marketing is the BEST marketing tool and these promotions achieves exactly that at minimal cost to Gogo.
