    Are there domestic flights within Turkey that are technically intercontinental? If so, some of those would be pretty short.

    Land mass to land mass they would be - BUT I can't see any short distance services.

    FlightRadar24 caught this 26 mile positioning flight between the two istanbul airports:

    However that was just positioning, and at 26 miles vs 43 for GIB-TNG, hard pressed to find something smaller given that transfer by land is easy (Bosphorus bridges).
