So, I've got this great work bag that's supposed to double as an overnight bag if needed. Only problem is the "unstructured" nature of the interior.

Any recommendations on how to add the "guts" to this bag without ripping it apart? Ultimately, I'm looking for an insert to fit inside (about 14.5" x 5" x 10" or <10") to help keep my gear organized.

I've thought of taking a couple of laptop sleeves to add a laptop compartment and use the other for files/accessories, but I'd like an all in one solution. Even something like a smaller messenger bag that I could remove the flap from (perhaps the Targus CityGear Notebook bag with some modification?

Only other option seems to be to get out the old sewing machine and go to work...

    Thanks for any advice!
