Air travel is a lifeline for the many Hawaiians who live in Las Vegas. Allegiant pulled out a year ago and the cartel obviously reached an understanding to let Hawaiian take over the route as a monopoly. The result? On a route that was once competitive, many pay close to $1,000 for a relatively short flight. Where did Hawaiian agree to not compete with the big 4? iAn honest media would be all over this. Needless to say with wages low in Hawaii this is a spectacular ripoff of thosd who can least afford to pay.
