I noticed on City-Data a lot of noise from people complaining that RDU recently implemented charges for wi-fi access. While I am not against the charges personally - nothing in life is free - I am annoyed that as part of the change they have dropped support for Boingo roaming access. Does anybody know why this is the case? It used to be supported and I quite happily paid my $8 a month as it gave me access in every airport I traveled to (off the top of my head ATL, DFW, LGA and DCA all support it and are all big destinations from RDU). Now RDU sticks out like a sore thumb
