New Wifi Beta product on UA 737-900 is quite good! I'm using it now. I got caught up on email, submitted some travel expenses on the intranet, and did some other work. Price tiers are $1/hour or $2/hour. Very cheap compared to GoGo. Thumbs up UA!

Not really in beta. It is being deployed on 5+ planes/month AFAIK.

And, yes, it is a solid product (fastest in the sky) at a very reasonable price point. I like the JetBlue price of free a little bit better, but I think this is a fair price for what they're offering.

The access is a tiered model with different speeds offered to customers. They tried something similar on the Panasonic offering when it was first launched and had to bail on it because it didn't work. This version actually works so they can offer it up that way. JetBlue does similar with free access for regular use and $9/hour if you want to stream videos or such.
