    Sounds great indeed, especially for people with phones, but I presume not as good for using a laptop, way too busy in the stations!

    There's a link in the article talking about the intent to make London Europe's largest free wifi zone. That said, it could be free... Fortunately, it's not too difficult to find free wifi in London.

    It might be free, but if speeds are low, VOIP might not work well.
