Landed at ATL yesterday evening, OTW home from work, and saw one of the Porsche Cayennes at my arrival gate. Kevin, from The ATL elite services team (EST), was there to pick up myself and another customer who was connecting to my ATL-FLL flight. It would have been a 45 minute layover, but now I had time and didn't have to rush. I gave Kevin some gift cards I had made for a few of the ATL EST members who had given me me my 5 previous Porsche rides. (Yes, yesterday was ride #6.) On my connecting flight, I was settled into my usual 1A when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was another member of the ATL EST who has made his way to my flight to personally thank me for the gift card. I also immediately received a thank you email from the other EST member who had received his gift card. So, why do I still love Delta? Decent product, great customer service and because they give me no reason not to! Thank you to Larry, Sharonsky, Kevin, Mike and the entire ATL EST.
