Any suggestions for food in downtown Atlanta? Something tasty and healthy if possible. I know those two are generally mutually exclusive but still...

For fish, McCormick and Schmicks in the Omni across from Centenial Park. Not as healthy, but there's a French bistro that I like roughly between the Westin and the W downtown.

It is healthy, there is a reason the south is known for cranky old women ;) Its when they started mixing in health food that we started having problems

Yes, Mary Macs. The food can be tasty, and the walk to and from the North Avenue Marta station is healthy for you.:)
Don't forget to try something like different than home, like the Varsity, or lunch at The Sun Dial!
