on two different first class flights the caviar on offer was labeled as Italian (in big letters) without much other info. Google search lists a bunch of brands and says it is comparable quality to Russian, etc.), but that wasnt my experience. Ifnit's farmed and sustainable -which google says it si- I can live with it.
    what are your thoughts?

Well, I'll support any caviar that will help curb the decimation of fish stock in Russia, especially if it's a sustainable way.
