I use Transunion's service to monitor all 3 of my scores on a monthly basis. I usually update my TU score once or twice a week. All 3 of my scores are in the 790-800 range on the website. However, I received my approval for a Barclay's card a couple of weeks ago, and the info said my score was 752. What up with that? :D

    Different "score".

FICO is usually the one used by Banks, and FICO is the only one who actually can provide you that FICO score. All other services provide scores that are not FICO but similar.

Just a side note for those interested interested in seeing their actual FICO score. You can get your actual FICO score, based on the Equifax credit report at MyFico.com. If you sign up you will need to cancel w/in 10 days or you will pay $14.95/mo for a minimum of 3 months according to the terms and conditions. Also, your score will be different when a bank runs it based off of Trans Union or Experian.
