If you need to take a med that makes you sleepy/drowsy, do you need to inform emirates flight crew ?
I want to ensure that I am not served alcohol.

    So don't order any.

I've yet to be on a flight anywhere in the world where the FAs poured me a drink I didn't ask for.

If you travel to Hawaii or the Caribbean in F, and get up to use the lav prior to pushback (or leave your seat in general), you just may come back to find something both tropical and alcoholic at your seat. Yay, umbrellas!

I don't think that Emirates has many flights to either Hawaii or the Caribbean, so not to worry. And its difficult to imagine that a Middle Eastern-based airline is not sensitive to the desires of passengers who do not wish to consume alcohol.
