Sure they have a 'fixed' menu of beverages, well drinks, fine selection of Alaskan Beers, and some decent wines- especially when Dunham is in ;)

What do you like- is it something seasonal; or do you make your own.

Don't forget about the espresso machine.

Sometimes you can even mix and match - who else has made an Italian Soda?

Alaskan Amber. Hate to say it, but your Italian soda looks really weird.
What kind of syrup did you use?

Well from the options there- it was rather limited. Raspberry was the choice that day. It ran out on Monday so today I utilized Coconut. Not quite the same. The old espresso machine could serve just warm [steamed] milk, and that was nice to make Coconut steamers with, but sadly the newer one does not have that option enabled.

Looks like it wasn't been stirred up completely, which might account for the odd appearance. It's also technically an Italian cream soda, as it does have a modicum of half and half in it. Some people I've met are only familiar with the variety without cream. The cream variety is relatively popular in the Pacific Northwest.

    As for me:
    • Italian cream soda
    • Pineapple juice
    • Kodiak blend Silverhook coffee (with half and half); I find the automatic lattes to be mediocre
    • Coke (ANC) and Dr Pepper (SEA)
    • Alaskan Amber/White/Summer
    • Any wine from Dunham Cellars :p

I don't think I've done anything more creative than the Italian cream soda, but of course, the offerings are somewhat limited.

Ah, yes, the Amazing Pancake Machine, very nice. I prefer to get my carbs in liquid form, though!

I'll have to try Torani syrup and fizzwater sometime; I seldom get into the Boardroom, but there are other lounges in this world.

Things you learn on MP. My time in the BR is limited, its too crowded and loud for me. I use it to get some of the green and black chocs, maybe grab a herbal tea to go and use the facilities - not in that order.

When it is the Ham and Bean soup, I only pour in the broth and enjoy that salty goodness :p
