With your 1P status, you can use the Asiana lounge assuming you are departing from ICN on a star alliance flight and not arriving in ICN. Please bring along your 1P card. I am not sure about showing the RCC membership card but the 1P card for sure will get you in.

It's a shame the SKL at ICN closed...

Depends upon who you are flying. KE and OZ fly from one terminal, other airlines from the other. Often pax are given access to the terminal from which they are flying (*A experience only).

You should be able to use the OZ business class lounges. Best place to start look for lounges on *A is here. http://www.staralliance.com/en/benefits/lounges/lounge-finder/

In the past every time I tried to use it all I would get is an error page. Now it is. :) Most of the time :(

It ask me if I have an RCC membership but then it doesn't show the RCC clubs on my SFO-DFW leg. But if I put in an international departure it shows me the lounges in F and G. Not so good imo.

You can get in with RCC or PC membership. they just want the card. OZ operates the lounges in both the Korean airline (Landside) and Int'l airline (Airside/remote) terminals; they're pretty much the same, no need to really bounce around and lounge hop.
