That’s a great deal, but women are not allowed. I didn't know that there was that type of budget accommodation on NYC. Obviously it’s not for most travelers but for someone on a budget it looks habitable.

If nothing else you can boast that you actually stayed in a $10 per night NYC hotel! ;)

It is worse than a SRO. Is it mentioned in LP ? If not, then you know it's not too popular.

women aren't allowed? Crazy! Sometimes it's almost off putting how expensive it is! I was searching for some 'budget hotels' that quoted how 'affordable' their prices were at 'only' $230 a night. There are 5 star hotels in England offering better prices than that (well, within reason)

I need to know if they have a frequent guest program, and how many points are needed for an award stay.
Do I have a volunteer for a trip report? :)

We get a giggle out of this property, but I've often thought that something along the lines of an easyhotel would work great in my hometown (Boston). Doesn't have to be right downtown, since public transportation is good; tons of students and travelers looking for cheap digs; a chronically under-roomed city. Hmm, interesting...

If they paid me $5000.00 per night, I would not stay there.
