What is the Continental subsidiary equivalent of 1Kvoice?

Being the sort of person with exacting standards (or as Mrs. P says, who is never satisfied), I have relied on communicating my service issues with United via 1Kvoice since I first discovered it around 2004. Overall, and until very recently, I have found the response times and quality of resolution to be top notch. However, now that I am flying CO rather a lot, and experiencing all types of joys from simple baggage misconnects that take up to four days to get resolved, a dysfunctional boarding process and special meal requests routinely ignored, I find myself frustrated at the lack of any CO equivalent of 1K voice. There is a customer service form on CO.com, and out of some dozen communication attempts via that form over the past year I have received exactly zero responses. Does anyone know if Continental has an equivalent to the 1Kvoice customer resolution email process.

Nope. CO has been deficient in this area for a while.
If you require a response your best bet is to call (although things like your comments on the boarding process and special meal requests for domestic flights won't really get any response because there's nothing really to respond to).

I expect 1Kvoice to go away with time as the new United adopts the CO model of treating all elites 'alike'. The way it's done now is just too elitist ;)

Customer service links on co.com are meant only to be a kind of cathartic, 'zen' moment where you can flush out your frustrations into the universe....a response from the company is not part of this process.

It would be really nice to have something like 1KVoice. It let's you compose a message offline, and lay out all the facts and evidence more efficiently than in a phone call.

On occasion I also use it to compliment a great crew.

Let's hope the combined carrier retains something like this.

I like that we're calling CO a "subsidiary" now

You could try writing a letter to /dev/null

I'm just quoting SMI/J - that's what he calls CO in his puppy post in Hemispheres.

Both CO and UA are subsidiaries of United Continental Holdings.
