Being the sort of person with exacting standards (or as Mrs. P says, who is never satisfied), I have relied on communicating my service issues with United via 1Kvoice since I first discovered it around 2004. Overall, and until very recently, I have found the response times and quality of resolution to be top notch. However, now that I am flying CO rather a lot, and experiencing all types of joys from simple baggage misconnects that take up to four days to get resolved, a dysfunctional boarding process and special meal requests routinely ignored, I find myself frustrated at the lack of any CO equivalent of 1K voice. There is a customer service form on CO.com, and out of some dozen communication attempts via that form over the past year I have received exactly zero responses. Does anyone know if Continental has an equivalent to the 1Kvoice customer resolution email process.
