    Frequent flyer miles aren’t the only benefit of all that business travel – you might be doing your overall health a big favor, too. In a recent study, researchers found that those who traveled up to 6 nights per month on business related travel actually had a better health profile than those who didn’t travel at all. Time to happily hop on that plane or get in that car and start traveling.

    I think the thread title is misleading. The study (which in itself is faulty by being from just one employer and includes only employees in a wellness program but not all employees) only shows that those who travel 1-6 nts/mon are less likely to be obese than those who travel more or not at all. It still shows that road warriors that travel 7 nts/mon or more are likely to be obese.
