Last December, I purchased a BUR-DFW-ATL-DFW-BUR ticket for mid-March. Obviously, I knew I would be re-routed after AA announced the closing of my all time favorite airport, BUR. I assumed they would contact me and offer me some options but instead, I received an email from AA with my new routings! What options do I have since I did not agree to these new routings. The ticket was purchased as a non-refundable... would it be possible to change the routing to something more desirable or possibly get a refund for the purchase price?
