The owner, William Leaman, was the captain of the 2005 Bread Bakers Guild Team USA, where he led his team to victory at the Coupe du Monde de Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking) and he has brought that experience and awesomeness to West Seattle. Besides the "traditional" bakery goods, the pizza and sandwiches are delish. But you must try the twice-baked croissants, or... hell, try anything. It's all yummy and tasty. The space is tight and seating is limited so expect to take your morsels for the road.The line will be out the door (or curled around inside tightly) on weekend mornings, but it moves quickly and is worth the wait.
