    I guess it raises a good point on the issue of processing terminal security for the merchants. At least they'll now be willing to improve it.

    Merchant credit processing has always been criticized by security researchers because they're usually really outdated. The chip and pin won't help at all as these breaches are often done on the server end, which usually lacks security.
