  4. AFAIK McDonalds offers one hour Wifi for free.
Should be long enough for those who do not spend to much time at airports.
    And they serve Coke light.

How is the Lufthansa First Class lounge in Munich? I was so confused by the different descriptions and the Schengen lounge vs. Non-Schengen. Does the lounge have free wifi? Any info greatly appreciated!

Do the trains have a station at MUC in the fashion that AMS has a train station in the airport?

Is there a British Air lounge there, and if so, how is it?

I am booking an award flight for my wife and two daughters in the first week of December from JFK-MUC, MUC-BKK, BKK-SIN. There is a 14 hour layover in MUC...is there a hotel in the airport that they can check in for that time? I don't think she would want to hang around the airport for that long without resting somewhere. Thoughts/Suggestions?

IIRC you take a shuttle. It's nearby but not right at the airport. Also, it might just be the U-Bahn, not Deutsche Bundesbahn, so subway rather than regular trains, but their might be a few local suburban trains too.

There's some info in the SMD3 forum, where people were discussing going into Munich upon arrival and when people were discussing the locations of airport hotels.

55 minute connection time at MUC? I found a reward ticket on Lufthansa in July. ATH to FRA and then 55 minutes to catch a FRA-NYC flight. I'll be flying business class, what are my chances of making my NYC leg?
