Website/airport integration

    So this morning I woke up way early and couldn't fall back asleep, so I headed to the airport. I was able to get on the earlier flight which was great. But now... My whole PNR is gone from the app and the website. What gives?? You'd think the website could see "live" information.

    I was finally able to see my reservation (and do things like change seats etc) 48 hours after the first leg of the flight. I was frankly quite surprised that AA hasn't moved to a more "online" system where the information you see on AA.com is the same as the folks at the airport and vice versa.

    Yep, if TAs, GAs, or AAngels touch your PNR at the airport to change flights, standby, etc the online view of the PNR is toast about 90% of the time.
