Web site errors

    So I have been trying to change my contact email in my account and I continually receive the following

    "System is currently not available for the function you requested, please try again."

    This error appears on multiple computers and in Chrome, FF and IE.

    Is it me or is this something others have experienced?

    Not just you -- I've been getting it for days without any luck. Anyone else having this problem? Were you able to access it yet?

    The PriorityClub and Intercontinental websites are some of the slowest most inconsistent hotel sites I've used. I feel like they're down or too slow to use at least once a week.

    Maybe just call in and ask them to change it manually? I've had good luck the couple times I've called PC CS for minor account updates.

    This problem has been around for a long time. You have to call to change email address, name and some other personal info.
