    Was Malaysia Airlines website hacked by ISIS? According to Foreign Policy, Malaysia Airlines’ website was hacked earlier today by the Cuber Caliphate. Malaysia Airlines’ website displayed the words “ISIS WILL PREVAIL” and “404 — Plane Not Found: Hacked by Cyber Caliphate.” Courtesy: Foreign Policy The Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, claims to be starting a caliphate, that being the land they currently poses and they also claim to have caliph. Shortly there after, the website had a lizard and read “Hacked by LIZARD SQUAD.” Malaysia Airlines has assured users that their server is intact and that all user data is secured. However, Lizard Squad says that Malaysia Airlines is lying and that user information has been compromised. As Foreign Policy also notes, this is not the first time that hackers have claimed to be associated with the Islamic State when they disrupt website accessibility.
