The new CC is good, but most of us who are in the category of 'I never saw a card with a sign-up bonus that I didn't like' will be denied, or given a lower tier card. Just a recap of info from people who have been burned with a credit inquiry with nothing to show for it!

People with 'certain profiles' are the only ones who gravitate towards new offers. Rest of the population is content with the 2 cards that they signed up for when they got their first job in the last century. :)

Naa, you'll soon find sign-up cards for this new card in the lobbies or rooms of all the Country Inn and Suites, and people will see the relatively high number of points offered and sign up (without really knowing how much it's worth).
