    Being right next to the San Francisco Airport, you hear and see the planes taking off and landing every day.
    You've probably made that landing plenty of times yourself. Always the beige-pink Marriott out to the left before the runway, water to the right. But you've likely never seen the landing from this point of view.

    Nice. Was that the inaugural LH 454 flight operated by the A380? (water cannon salute at the end)

    I was on that very aircraft ("New York") last week. Every passenger can actually choose between 3 external cameras during take-off and landing (and during the flight) to get similar views as from the cockpit.
