I recently contacted the IC Phnom Penh regarding which type of room Ai should book to get Club Access as a Plat Ambassador. The answer I was given was the regular deluxe at to special BOGO rate. I duly made the booking and began to look forward to the stay. Until this

Where do you get buy 2 get 2? Sounds like you're staying there for two nights and you're paying for the second night, with the first free.

    Am I misreading your e-mail?

Hmm, not quite. It sounds like the contact at the hotel has his details wrong: the BOGO certificate entitles you to a complimentary second night, NOT first night. And, like javacodeguy said, no where does it say buy two, get two -- where are you getting that from in the email that was sent?

The T&Cs are listed here and are quite clear.

Yeah I'm not seeing the B2G2 issue either...

5/26 arrival Saturday / first night / paid night
    5/27 Sunday / second night / complimentary

    Buy one, get one.
