    Hello,

is there a way I can use my Aeroplan miles on United Airlines' website when booking a ticket? I have quite a number of Aeroplan miles, however UA has better flights. Is it possible?

    Thanks in advance!

Well, to be clear, you can use Aeroplan miles to purchase an award ticket on United flights, via Aeroplan (not United.com).

I see. That's too bad as Aeroplan sucks. I have enough miles to get me a trip from Edmonton, AB. to San Francisco, using their "Classic Flight" choices. However, the choices are so awful in terms of flight times and the duration of stopovers. If I choose to see more option with their "Market Fare" choices, I have to pay an arm and a leg to make up for the difference.
United has better flight times and direct (no stopovers).

    Thanks for your information!

I have often been able to book United flights through the Aeroplan website. You can always give Aeroplan a call to see if they can help you book a more convenient flight for you using the multi-city feature.
