If you want one that fast, you probably need to buy one in person at a store - like Walmart. If you had time to look, you can likely get better deals off of the internet. The only prepaid phones I'm familiar with are from the major companies, and I know T-Mobile has good rates. Other people might have more info.

Do you actually need a phone, or are you looking to use your own? In either case, stop by a big box retailer like Walmart or Best Buy, and you will find a number of options, starting at about $10 - $15 (not including airtime). Airtime costs about $0.10 per minute in the US, and the minimum refill amount is $10, so you're looking at $20 or so out of pocket.

AT&T offers $2 per day 'unlimited talk and text' plan, but you still need to buy a $10 refill card (in addition to a SIM card) - and waste the remaining amount if you don't use the phone in the next 30 days.
