    Hi Everyone,
This is my first post on milepoint, so first at all, say congratulations to the founders and administrators of this great site. Really helpful information mixed with a great community makes this site one of the best for miles/points.

So for my first post, I have a doubt: I'm from Argentina and I'm intend to participate in this year's Grandslam. My Goal is getting enough miles for a round-trip flight to Venezuela through Star Alliance Award Ticket.

As I understand from the US Airways StarAlliance Chart, this trip will cost 25k miles( South America to South America Coach fare). So my question is, is this the cost for a round-trip award travel? or just for a one-way.

Thanks in advance for your response

    Welcome!!

My read of the award chart is that the 25K is a return trip. US doesn't offer one way awards.

    Welcome to MP!!!!

Wandering Aramean is correct, the US Airways chart is for roundtrip travel.
