Hoping to book a fairly straightforward RT award ticket IAH-IST-IAH, and wanting to use my DM miles to get a pair of business seats. Am I correct that:

    1) I can still book on Turkish Air using DM miles?
    2) I can book business class seats (Expert Flyer shows availability)
    3) The only way to book them is by phone, and
    4) I will spend hours on hold trying to book said award?

Are there any issues/problems booking awards on non-OW partner airlines?

US stopped *A awards since 3/30. The only people who can "book" *A flights are those who want to change their existing reservations, but they're limited to a certain number of carriers that decided to maintain a relationship with US.

But US Airways has separate partnership agreements with some airlines that don't have the same expiration date. Here's what I found (on the Turkish website) concerning this partnership:

So it looks like it may well be possible to book on Turkish using US Airways Dividend Miles for another six weeks or so.
