    United's Dreamliner enters assembly stage:)

    United Continental Holdings announced that its first Boeing B787 Dreamliner aircraft has entered the assembly phase at the Boeing facility.

    The aircraft is scheduled for delivery in early 2012, making United the first American carrier to operate the Dreamliner. It will be configured with 38 flat-bed seats in BusinessFirst class, 63 Economy Plus seats and 120 economy seats.

    The aircraft will also feature the “Boeing Sky” interior, bigger windows, larger overhead bins, increased cabin humidity, reduced cabin pressure and enhanced ventilation systems. For a preview of its interiors, click here.
